Installing CLion on macOS

1. Register for a JetBrains account with your @edu.hse.ru email address
2. Download the JetBrains Toolbox

3. Open the downloaded file
4. Drag the application to the “Applications” folder

5. Open the “JetBrains Toolbox” app and read the license agreement

6. Log in with the account you created

7. Install CLion

8. When launching Clion for the first time you will be asked to customise CLion. Leave the toolchain options default. You will not need any special plugins.

9. You should be greeted by the CLion welcome window.

10. You can now create a C++ project in CLion
